Mars Personal Statement - My World

I have lived on Earth for thirteen years, and every one of those days I have dreamed of going to Mars. Living in the same place every day gets dull after a while. It is in my blood to always be looking for new opportunities and adventures. Every since I was a young child I have seen shows, movies, and pictures of space and Mars that inspire me. It would be my dream to make one of these a reality. Thats why I am going to plan a journey to Mars and colonize it. On Earth, everyone has the same routine everyday, and going to Mars would be a perfect way to change that.

 Going to Mars would not only be a revolutionary mission, it could also be a safety measure for us living on Earth. For example, if Earth gets too populated, having a colonized Mars would be a perfect place for more people to live. Over the years, traveling between Earth and Mars will be much more efficient making this idea much more viable. We predict that we will have people living on Mars within the next twenty years, and we will make so many people's hopes and dreams come true. Everyday, our families and teachers tell us to shoot for the stars and try to accomplish your dreams. Colonizing Mars would be a perfect, realistic example of that
